Welcome to Traybakes & Mistakes. We are two Uni students who love to cook, bake & eat food and just want to share our experiences with you!
This blog is going to be filled with lots and lots of cake! There will be other stuff too, like savoury things and our thoughts on places we’ve eaten. Hopefully it will be an honest place of our thoughts on our food adventures…that’s the plan anyway 🙂
We were inspired by a Facebook page set up to showcase the finest examples of University cooking, our anonymous posts got a lot of attention so we thought we’d set up a blog and see what happened.
We kept finding that we had so much content to keep posting, whether it was where we’d eaten that day or the baking we’d done over the weekend, so we decided to put all of that content into one place. If anyone even finds it, that’s great, if not, it’s just a place for the university food memories to live.
So get ready for a whole lot of randomness and let us know what you think!
